Chemical Supply & System Setup
If Your Dishwasher Isn’t Working, It Might Not Be the Machine
We walk into kitchens all the time where the dishwasher is doing exactly what it’s been set up to do… it’s just been set up wrong.
Wrong product on the line. Too much of one thing, not enough of another. Or everything technically “connected,” but not working together the way it should.
At that point, the machine doesn’t stand a chance.
And you feel it right away — dishes not coming out clean, staff double-handling racks, and that constant sense that something’s just… off.
This Is Where a Lot of Kitchens Get It Wrong Without Realizing
A lot of people don’t think much about their chemicals. They grab what’s available, what’s affordable, or what came recommended by whoever dropped it off last.
In a commercial dishwasher, chemicals aren’t just a supply item — they’re part of how the machine functions.
When they’re not right, everything downstream starts to slip.
You’ll see it in the finish on your dishes. You’ll see it in your drying. You’ll see it in how your staff has to work around it. And over time, you’ll see it in service calls that shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place.
Foam in your Dishwasher Doesn’t Look Like a Problem. But It Is
Foam is one of the biggest issues we run into, and it’s almost always tied back to product or setup.
It looks harmless, but it changes how the machine works.
Instead of pushing water with force, the wash cycle ends up pushing foam. That kills cleaning power. Dishes don’t come out the way they should, so staff compensate — extra rinsing, extra handling, sometimes even wiping things down that were supposed to be sanitized in the machine.
At that point, you’re not saving money. You’re just shifting the cost somewhere else.
It’s Not Just the Product. It’s How the Whole System Works Together
Even the right product won’t perform if it’s not set up properly. This is where a lot of systems fall apart.
We’re looking at how everything is working together, not just what’s in the container, but how it’s being delivered, how much is being used, and how it interacts with the machine itself.
Once that’s dialled in, the difference is immediate. The machine runs the way it should, dishes come out clean the first time, and staff stop fighting with it. Something that used to be a daily frustration just becomes one less thing to think about.
Make Sure Everything’s Working Together
This Is What Ongoing Support Actually Looks Like
For many of our customers, this isn’t a one-time setup. We’re in their kitchens regularly. We know their machines, their volume, and how things should look when everything is running properly.
So when something starts to drift, even slightly, we catch it. We’ll make an adjustment, swap something out, or fix a small issue before it turns into a bigger one.
Most of the time, you won’t even notice it happened. That’s the point.
When It’s Set Up Right, You Feel It Immediately
Dishes come out clean the first time. Drying is consistent. There’s no second-guessing whether something needs to go back through.
Your staff moves faster. Your machine runs smoother. And you’re not dealing with the same small frustrations over and over again.
It’s not complicated — it’s just set up correctly.
If Something Feels Off, It’s Worth a Look
We’ll take a look at what you’re using, how it’s set up, and how your system is performing as a whole. From there, we can make the adjustments needed to get everything working the way it should.
No guesswork. No trial and error. Just a system that does its job properly.
