What’s Included?
During each scheduled visit, a Fluid Dishwasher technician will:
Visual Check
Inspect your dishwasher for leaks, wear, and potential safety concerns.
Behind-Unit Check
Pull out undercounter machines to check for leaks or signs of pests behind the unit.
Component Clean
Clean the wash filters, sump filters, spray arms, and rinse jets.
Compliance Check
Check that the machine is operating properly and meeting public health sanitizing standards.
Preventive Care
Point out maintenance issues before they have a chance to become bigger, more expensive problems.
Staff Guidance
Show your staff simple ways to improve dishwasher performance and get better results from every cycle.
Your Coverage Doesn’t End When We Leave
Your annual maintenance service gives you more than a once-a-year tune-up. You’ll also have access to the Fluid team when you need a little extra help throughout the year.

We will move your service request to the top of our list whenever possible.
Machine Acting Up?
Talk directly with a Fluid Dishwasher technician for free.
Many common problems can be diagnosed or resolved over the phone, saving you the cost and inconvenience of an unnecessary service visit. If the issue cannot be solved remotely, we will arrange for a technician to visit as soon as possible.
Once per year, we will also replace the chemical tubing running from the container to the pump system. Old or stiff tubing can leak, prevent chemicals from feeding properly, or expose staff to unexpected chemical sprays.
If we discover that additional maintenance or repairs are needed, we will explain what we found. No additional work will be completed without your approval.
Free Testing Log
Every plan includes a fresh dishwasher testing log for your staff.
The log makes it easier to complete and record daily checks, follow the correct testing process, and show a health inspector that your dishwasher’s sanitizing performance is being monitored.
